Last time, we talked about why snacking is good
for you and some steps to making healthier snack choices. Shopping after you’ve
eaten, for example, is a good trick for warding off junk food temptation.
Now, as promised, here are a few snack ideas to
help you along the way

Whip up a smoothie by blending 1 banana, 1/2 cup almond

smooth.
